Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks a regulatory reporting professional to prepare timely financial, management, and regulatory reports, maintain reporting databases, and support audits. MAS regulations knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and participate in regulatory, audit, and compliance requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in banking, preferably regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations (e.g., OTC Trade Reporting, MAS643A, MAS 656, MAS 755).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and digitalization tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial, management, and regulatory reports to ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Maintain and enhance internal reporting databases and applications
• Coordinate and follow up on issues with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with team members to review and improve processes, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support various stakeholders on regulatory, audit and compliance-related requests
• Participate in projects and initiatives activities
