Job summary

MOHAN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee MAS reporting, tax and audit activities for Singapore Banks. You will supervise daily report preparation and ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Strong MAS knowledge and Excel/Power BI skills are essential to drive data integrity, controls, and process improvements across regulatory reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience handling regulatory reporting for financial institutions in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, Banking Act and accounting standards.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with automation/BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports and tax/other regulatory filings accurately and on time.
• Maintain data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and controls; drive process improvements and automation where possible.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory reporting projects; update policies to reflect changes in regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc regulator/auditor requests and support month-end close and reporting.
