Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a capable regulatory reporting professional to prepare, review and submit regulatory and management reports. You will collaborate with business and support functions to support reporting initiatives, data quality management, regulatory change projects, and automation efforts that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience in regulatory or financial reporting, with knowledge of MAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 2-5 years of regulatory/financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of MAS reporting (610/649, SDIC, CRS, FATCA, OTC) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with report automation and data management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory and management reports.
• Support reporting initiatives with data analysis, cleansing, testing, and verification.
• Ensure timely submission of MAS and other regulatory reports.
• Investigate data quality issues affecting reporting.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and internal guidelines.
• Manage regulatory reporting change projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors on regulatory reporting matters.
• Documentation, record keeping, and backups of reports.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
