Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Reporting Analyst, Manager to prepare timely financial, management, and regulatory reports, maintain reporting systems, and support audits. The role requires MAS regulations knowledge and strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities onsite in Tampines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience in banking regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of MAS regulations (OTC Trade Reporting, MAS643A, MAS656, MAS755) would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare timely and accurate financial, management, and regulatory reports.
Maintain and enhance internal reporting databases and applications.
Coordinate and follow up on issues with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members to review and improve processes, boosting operational efficiency.
Support regulatory, audit and compliance-related requests.
Participate in projects and initiatives.
