Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare timely financial, management, and regulatory reports in accordance with MAS regulations. You will maintain reporting databases, coordinate with stakeholders, and support audits and process improvements.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, banking regulatory reporting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in banking regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations (e.g., OTC Trade Reporting, MAS643A, MAS 656, MAS 755) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; able to work independently and in a team.
• Awareness of AI, automation, and digitalization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial, management, and regulatory reports to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Maintain and enhance internal reporting databases and applications.
• Coordinate and follow up on issues with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to review and improve processes, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support regulatory, audit and compliance-related requests from stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and initiatives activities.
