Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the regulatory and reporting functions within the Operations team. You will prepare, validate, and submit internal, external, and regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with MAS requirements.

You will perform data analysis, define extraction rules, cleanse data, and test reporting processes while contributing to continuous improvement, automation, and timely deliveries across CRS, FATCA, and OTC

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations.
• MAS regulatory reporting experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiar with regulatory reporting processes and system testing.
• Strong focus on timely delivery and accuracy.
• Meticulous data handling and IT tools; detail-oriented.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit internal, external, and regulatory reports.
• Conduct data analysis, define extraction rules, cleanse data, and test.
• Implement, monitor, and track reporting processes.
• Support CRS, FATCA, and OTC derivatives reporting.
• Ensure reports are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Maintain documentation and validation evidence.
• Contribute to report improvements and automation.
• Assist with SDIC DSE testing and other exercises.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide operational support.
