Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Accounting, Corporate & Regulatory Reporting to join our Finance team. You will support financial accounting and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with MAS and statutory requirements, and work with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to deliver timely reporting.

You will lead preparation of regulatory returns, statutory financial statements, liaise with MAS, provide advisory support, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and regulatory reporting activities, including regulatory returns and reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and tax computations for Singapore Branch and subsidiaries.
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end statutory reporting and audits.
• Coordinate responses to MAS and other regulatory authorities.
• Provide regulatory advisory support to business units as SME on reporting matters.
• Review and enhance processes and controls to mitigate operational risks.
• Perform UAT for new products, system enhancements, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory change management and reporting improvements.
• Ensure all reporting deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
