Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Accounting, Corporate & Regulatory Reporting to join our Finance team. You will support regulatory and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with MAS requirements and statutory standards, while coordinating with regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvement, control enhancements, and clear policy documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting, regulatory reporting, audit, or banking finance.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and banking regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience in statutory financial statements and managing audits.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and regulatory reporting, including regulatory returns and reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and tax computations for RHB Singapore Branch and subsidiaries.
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end statutory reporting and audits.
• Coordinate responses to MAS and other regulatory authorities.
• Provide regulatory advisory support to business units as SME on regulatory reporting.
• Review and enhance processes and controls to mitigate operational risk.
• Maintain and review policy documents for regulatory alignment.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for new products, system changes affecting reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory changes and reporting enhancements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reporting deliverables.
