Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the reporting function, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare, validate, and submit internal, external, and regulatory reports, while driving process improvements and automation across the control environment. The role emphasizes data handling, collaboration, and on-time delivery in a banking operations setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in banking operations.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory reporting preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong data handling and IT tool aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations department in the preparation, validation, and submission of internal, external, and regulatory reports.
• Conduct data analysis, define extraction rules, prepare and cleanse data, and perform testing and verification.
• Implement, monitor, and track reporting processes on an ongoing basis.
• Support regulatory and group reporting requirements, including CRS, FATCA, and OTC derivatives reporting.
• Ensure all report submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation, validation evidence, and supporting records for all reports produced.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including report enhancement and automation.
• Assist in industry-wide and regulatory testing exercises, such as SDIC DSE testing, at an enterprise level.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide operational support as required.

About the Role

What we're looking for

• Strong focus on timely delivery and high accuracy of outputs.

• Demonstrates strong aptitude for data handling and IT tools.
