Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore is seeking an Operations Analyst to support reporting processes across internal and regulatory requirements, ensuring data accuracy, validating submissions, and driving continuous improvement of reporting workflows.

Responsibilities include preparing, validating, and submitting reports (CRS, FATCA, OTC derivatives), performing data extraction and testing, and documenting validation evidence while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in banking operations.
• Experience with regulatory reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong data handling and IT tool aptitude.
• Detail-oriented with focus on timely, accurate outputs.
• Good communication and teamwork.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide operational support as required.

About the Role
