Job summary

Recruit Fast Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Compliance Lead to oversee group-wide regulatory adherence, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of integrity and regulatory alignment.

You will liaise with regulators, design controls, and coach teams across divisions to ensure ongoing compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance, auditing, or risk management, with strong knowledge of money lending or consumer finance regulations and a proven ability to implement robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management, preferably within financial services or moneylending sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to money lending or consumer finance.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and establishing compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Group operations comply with applicable legal statutes, regulatory mandates, and official directives.
• Act as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies, managing correspondence, inspections, and mandatory submissions.
• Identify operational deficiencies and compliance risks across business divisions.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce threats.
• Perform on-site compliance reviews of workflows and operational procedures.
• Develop and implement surveillance systems to maintain continuous regulatory compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive compliance handbooks and operational standards.
• Ensure effective dissemination and consistent enforcement of policies throughout the organization.
• Design and deliver ongoing compliance training programs for staff members.
• Promote a strong culture of integrity and regulatory adherence at all organizational levels.
• Provide actionable compliance guidance to business and operational units.
• Evaluate regulatory impacts and compliance requirements for new projects.
