Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a compliance professional to support the Risk and Compliance department in Singapore. You will contribute to regulatory reporting, investigations, and ensuring adherence to applicable acts and guidelines.

The role involves reviewing marketing materials, due diligence on business relationships, and handling recruitment and cessation of financial adviser representatives, with management directing priorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent academically.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and investigations preferred.
• Familiarity with FA Act, PDPA, MAS notices or guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing partners.
• Review and approve marketing materials.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and implement changes (FA Act, PDPA, MAS).
• Handle recruitment and cessation of financial adviser representatives.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Management.
