Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to oversee group-wide regulatory adherence and governance. You will act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies, lead risk assessments, and implement comprehensive compliance programs.

The role requires at least five years in compliance, auditing or risk management, with strong knowledge of moneylending regulations. A collaborative, mentoring approach and sharp analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years in compliance, auditing or risk management, preferably in financial services or moneylending.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks for money lending or consumer finance.
• Proven track record in audits, risk evaluations and establishing compliance structures.
• Practical, meticulous and able to work autonomously while mentoring others.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all Group operations adhere strictly to relevant legal statutes, regulatory mandates, and official directives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, handling all correspondence, inspections, and mandatory submissions.
• Detect deficiencies in operations and potential compliance vulnerabilities within various business divisions.
• Carry out periodic risk evaluations and propose measures to reduce identified threats.
• Execute practical, on-the-ground compliance reviews of operational workflows and procedures.
• Establish and roll out surveillance systems to guarantee continuous regulatory alignment.
• Create, deploy, and keep up-to-date detailed handbooks covering compliance protocols and operational standards.
• Guarantee that all policies are effectively disseminated and uniformly enforced throughout the organization.
• Formulate and facilitate ongoing compliance education sessions for staff members.
• Foster a robust culture of integrity and adherence to rules at every tier of the company.
• Offer actionable, compliance-related guidance to both business and operational units.
• Assist new projects by evaluating their regulatory impact and necessary compliance prerequisites.
