Job summary

Our client is a rapidly growing global payments fintech seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to join a regional APAC team in Singapore. You will oversee regulatory engagement, licensing, and keep senior management informed about evolving risks and potential regulatory challenges.

Responsibilities include handling submissions, audits, and regulatory liaison, coordinating regulator on-site inspections where required, and leading applications for licences across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of regulatory advisory experience in Financial Services or Payments.
• Experience managing regulatory licensing and liaison across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory submissions, enquiries, and audits, coordinating with regulatory authorities.
• Lead and support applications for payment services licences and other relevant business licences across jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory and licensing matters for licensed entities.
