Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking aCompliance professional to support the Risk and Compliance department in regulatory duties. You will conduct audits, handle complaints, and ensure adherence to FA Act, PDPA and MAS guidelines.

The role involves due diligence of new business relationships and reviewing marketing materials, with a focus on attention to detail and investigative interviewing where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance within financial advisory (FA) or insurance.
• Familiarity with FA Act/Regulations, PDPA, MAS notices and guidelines.
• Able to document with precision and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department and regulatory activities.
• Conduct balanced scorecard audits, regulatory reporting, complaints handling and investigations.
• Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing due diligence.
