Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Reg Ops professional in Singapore to document regulatory operation requirements and map impacts on trade bookings. The role involves executing test scripts, performing basic data reconciliations, and coordinating with Tech teams to resolve defects.

The candidate will draft updates, maintain logs, and prepare briefing packs for affected teams. You will also update SOPs and user guides for BAU handover, contributing to smoother regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking & Finance or related field.
• 0–2 years in Banking Operations.
• Experience in regulatory reporting or change management is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of Reg Ops and map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.

Minimum Degree in Banking & Finance/Business or related
