Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organised Operations Associate to support end-to-end activities, including migration work, data remediation and system checks for clients.

You will perform pre- and post-migration validation, monitor daily activities such as trade matching and collateral movements, resolve breaks with internal teams and clients, and assist with UAT and process documentation. MS Excel proficiency is required for this role, and you will work in a collaborative

• Experience with migration projects and data remediation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational activities, including migration work, client/account data remediation and system checks.
• Perform pre- and post-migration validation, including reconciliations.
• Monitor and process daily activity such as trade matching and allocation, margin calls and collateral movements.
• Investigate and resolve breaks, queries and exceptions with internal teams, brokers and clients.
• Support project work, including UAT, test scripts and defect follow-up.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities.
• Update SOPs, process notes and user guides.
• Prepare MIS and status updates.
