Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regulatory Operations professional to gather requirements, map impact across systems, and ensure data integrity through testing and reconciliations.

The role involves coordinating with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver timely regulatory reporting updates and SOP improvements. The candidate should hold a degree in a related discipline, have at least one year of relevant experience, and be available to start immediately or on

Responsibilities

• Gather and document Regulatory Operations requirements, mapping upstream and downstream trade booking impacts across relevant systems.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to validate the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reporting data.
• Identify, document and track testing defects and data discrepancies, coordinating with Technology teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare project status updates, maintain action logs and develop briefing materials for relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate project deliverables and testing activities across Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides and cutover checklists to facilitate smooth transition and BAU handover.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
