Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a System Production Support professional to join the Group Finance department in Singapore. You will work across finance stakeholders to maintain end‑user finance systems and related processes, ensuring timely service delivery and compliant SOPs.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in banking, strong data analysis skills with OBIEE/Power BI/Qlik Sense, and solid business analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent.
• 1–2 years banking experience; familiar with accounting policies and banking regulations.
• Knowledge of finance technology and operations in Financial accounting, Financial reporting, Performance management, and Regulatory reporting for Finance and Risk.
• Aptitude for system related work; experience in project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and end‑user maintenance.
• Proven business analysis skills; ability to develop business/functional requirements, test strategy and test scripts.
• Strong process control and operational risk management.
• Familiarity with Moody's Risk Authority for Basel Credit/Market Risk is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong data analysis using OBIEE, Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Experience or knowledge in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Experience dealing with various levels of management; self-starter with strong communication and attention to detail.

Job description

System Production Support deparment works across Group Finance to understand the business objectives, requirements and processes of the various Finance stakeholders and provide end-user maintenance of our Finance systems and related processes.

The candidate will be part of the Group Finance dept the System Production Support organization structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement
• Understand system set up implications due to changes in requirements or new products, and updates the necessary system configuration and procedure.
• Review and ensure operational problems, issues and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
• Review and ensure SOPs are updated and comply with procedures
• Identify areas of improvements for implementations
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and work closely with IT and relevant stakeholders to support implementation including performing User Acceptance Testing

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business or its equivalent professional certificates
• At least 1 - 2 years demonstrated experience in banking industry and conversant with current accounting policies and banking regulations
• Have a good understanding of technology and operational needs of one or more of the following subject areas:Financial accountingFinancial reportingPerformance managementRegulatory reporting related to Finance and Risk within a banking environment to support regulatory submission
• Aptitude for system related work, good knowledge of project planning and implementation including requirement gathering, system testing and system end-user maintenance
• Proven business analysis skills, including developing business / functional requirement, user test strategy and test scripts
• Strong capability in process control and operational risk management
• Familiarity with the Moody's Risk Authority software for Basel Credit and/or Market Risk is a plus.
