Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated nurse to provide peri-procedural nursing support in the endoscopy and operating room setting in Singapore. You will assist doctors during procedures and ensure patient safety throughout the journey.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety standards. You will also contribute to process improvements and billing documentation in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with endoscopy and operating room techniques and safety standards.
• Provide peri-procedural nursing support to doctors during procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and support teams to ensure safe turnover of procedures.
• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care throughout the procedural journey.
• Ensure billing documentation and charges are captured per hospital procedures.
• Participate in the review and improvement of nursing protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to patient safety, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Ensure compliance with established endoscopy and operating room techniques, clinical procedures and safety standards within the assigned area.

• Provide peri-procedural nursing support to doctors during endoscopy, anaesthesia-related procedures and patient examinations.

• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient care, procedures and relevant clinical activities.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and support teams to facilitate the safe and timely turnover of elective and emergency procedures.

• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care throughout the procedural journey within the designated clinical area.

• Ensure required billing documentation and relevant charges are accurately captured and processed in accordance with hospital procedures.

• Participate in the review, development and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies and procedures.

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance patient safety, service quality and operational efficiency.

• Perform other relevant responsibilities as assigned by management.
