Job summary

Shiseido Singapore is seeking a Workplace Engagement Intern to support and enhance the company culture. You will help organise initiatives that promote collaboration, foster belonging, and strengthen the One Shiseido identity, while gaining hands-on exposure to regional HR practices.

You will assist with events, onboarding/offboarding processes, onboarding packs, and communications. This role offers mentorship, regional exposure across Asia Pacific, and the chance to develop future-ready skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in Bachelor's or Local Diploma with strong communication skills.
• High level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy.
• Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Independent and proactive with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and visitor coordination.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for hires.
• Assist with office directories and mailroom tasks.
• Coordinate events and wellness initiatives to boost workplace culture.
• Prepare and communicate proposals to stakeholders.
