Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate enrolled in a Business Administration/Management or Marketing course.
• Able to work well with others and possess good verbal communication.
• Past internship experience in FMCG/beauty industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in Photoshop or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional marketing activities aligned to SHISEIDO brand strategy.
• Support brand team with regional-led initiatives and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies and contractors on brand needs.
• Facilitate communication between local affiliates and HQ, ensuring alignment.
• Assist administrative duties such as PO management and reporting.
• Support e-Commerce campaigns on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee) and regional campaigns.
• Help with competitive analysis and benchmarking.
