Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking an Intern in Employee Engagement to help build a positive culture and enhance the employee experience. You will support end-to-end engagement initiatives and ensure programmes are executed in line with organisational goals.

You will assist with internal communications, coordinate events, and help procure event materials and merchandise. This role offers exposure to dynamic teams and a hands-on learning environment during a 3–6 month internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HRM or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience or interest in employee engagement or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes.
• Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives.
• Source and manage procurement of event materials and merchandise.
• Provide support for team events and other ad-hoc duties.
