Job summary

Shiseido Company, Limited in Singapore invites a Regional Corporate Communications & Sustainability Intern to work with APAC market communications. You'll research, develop and implement ongoing communications and sustainability initiatives, and help craft stories for employee engagement and intranet.

You'll collaboratively create assets like slide decks, EDMs, posters and videos, liaise with stakeholders, support events, monitor media trends, and align with brand guidelines across the region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Communications, Business or Social Sciences.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Canva preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and implement ongoing communications and sustainability initiatives.
• Write impactful stories for employee engagement activities and intranet.
• Develop internal and external assets including slide decks, EDMs, posters, videos.
• Liaise with stakeholders within and outside Shiseido based on project requirements.
• Organise and support internal events within Shiseido.
• Research and monitor market trends and stakeholder insights.
