HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore is seeking a VP, Regional Trade Asset Distribution-ASP to drive distribution strategies for Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with Transactors and Frontline Sales Managers to structure and execute distribution for Asia Offices, liaising with stakeholders, investors and internal teams.

This role requires deep knowledge of GTS products, risk distribution, and the ability to create innovative distribution solutions while ensuring compliance and effective reporting.

Competenze

• Excellent understanding of GTS Structured Trade Finance products.
• Good understanding of risk distribution process and non-payment insurance.
• Ability to structure bespoke and innovative distribution solutions.
• Strong understanding of internal GTS systems and proficiency in Excel/Access.
• Past experience in a correlated role such as GTS structuring, distribution, syndication or portfolio management.
• Experience in a Global bank structuring complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Mansioni

• Support Transactors and Frontline Sales Managers in structuring, implementation and execution of GTS distribution for Asia Offices including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate with investors on distribution documentation and explain operational flow/requirements to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Monitor utilisation of program distribution and insurance activities to ensure criteria are not breached and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Group offices on monthly reporting, MI submissions, finance queries and perform data analytics for management consumption.
• Act as first point of contact and provide advisory on operational issues, distribution, outsourcing governance and monitoring.
• Lend support to regional and global Trade Asset Distribution teams.
• Provide business requirements to Technology and operations teams to build systems supporting distribution activities.
• Participate in the implementation and oversight of GTS policy and governance frameworks.
