KWE-KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Tender Manager to oversee the end-to-end tender process for global and regional clients. You will align opportunities with company strategy and coordinate with global/account teams to secure competitive, high-quality offers.

The role requires strong Excel skills, fluent English, and the ability to multitask under pressure across APAC and other regions. Prior logistics/freight knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• Proficient in advanced MS Excel for data analysis and tender evaluation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English for cross-team communication.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers with regional teams.
• Analyze tender specifications and coordinate with APAC countries for timely responses.
• Coordinate with local offices and central procurement to develop competitive tender offers.
• Develop project plans for pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations.
• Maintain comprehensive tender records in reports and systems.
• Participate in cross-region stakeholder meetings to provide tender insights.
• Troubleshoot tender issues and implement corrective actions.
• Execute other assignments and related projects as required.
