Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tender Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end tender activities for global and regional customers, review specifications, and gather required information with APAC offices.

You will collaborate with account management, procurement, and internal stakeholders to develop accurate and competitive proposals, coordinate pricing analysis, timelines and approvals, ensure submissions comply with procedures and deadlines, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender activities for global and regional customers.
• Review tender specifications and work with APAC offices to gather the required information.
• Collaborate with account management, procurement, and internal stakeholders to develop accurate and competitive tender proposals.
• Coordinate pricing analysis, project timelines, and internal approval processes.
• Ensure tender submissions comply with company procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate tender documentation and management reports.
• Attend cross-regional meetings to provide tender insights and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve tender processes and support related projects.
