Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically adept professional for regional presales and product support across Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android platforms.

You will help develop cloud-based modules for B2B solutions and contribute to the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include training, documentation, and collaborating with product managers and regional teams to map customer requirements to solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, application development, IT, or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge with Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android; Python, JavaScript, Angular, web apps, server config advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset and ability to map product requirements to customer needs.

• Support regional presales projects, including testing, environment setup, and test framework execution across Windows, Mac, Linux, Android.
• Assist in developing and supporting cloud-based modules for B2B solutions and contribute to the SDLC.
• Provide technical support to Product Managers, customers and stakeholders by analysing features and mapping to requirements.
• Conduct regional technical training for new product launches and support product analysis, visits and events.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

• Provide technical support to Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders by analysing product features and mapping solutions to customer requirements.
• Conduct regional technical training for new product launches and support product analysis, comparisons, customer visits, and related events.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, application development, IT, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge with working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Angular, web applications, server configuration, or Windows application development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset and ability to understand product specifications and translate them into customer requirements.
