Job summary

The role involves communicating with peers clearly, assisting in the development of cloud-based B2B modules, and supporting product managers from a technical angle to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, IT or electronics & electrical engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience is desirable.
• Ability to map product features to customer requirements and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support regional training activities across APAC for new product launches.
• Assist Product Managers from a technical angle to enhance project opportunities.
• Contribute to development of cloud-based applications for a B2B model.
• Prepare documentation and support SDLC processes in solution development.
• Perform due diligence to compare products using internet and third-party sources.
• Collaborate effectively as a team and communicate well with colleagues.
