Job summary

TheExecutiveCircle Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated software support specialist to join the Regional Tech & Solution presales team in Singapore. You will help training across APAC, support product managers technically, and contribute to cloud-based B2B solution modules.

You will also prepare documentation, assist SDLC process development, and perform competitive analysis from the web and third-party sources. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Programming in web applications and server configuration.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and Angular is a plus.
• Windows application development knowledge is beneficial.
• Good command of English for communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct / Assist in regional training activities across APAC for new product launches.
• Support Product Managers from technical angle to enhance the overall project win opportunities.
• Support development of application modules for the cloud-based B2B solution.
• Prepare necessary documentation and support SDLC in solution development.
• Perform due diligence in product analysis to develop comparison charts from the internet and third-party sources.
• Must be a team player with good communication in a collaborative environment.
• Assist in administrative tasks for corporate product team for events and customer visits.
