Job summary

Epson Singapore is seeking a technical solutions specialist to support APAC regional training and collaborate with product managers on win opportunities. The role involves contributing to cloud-based B2B modules, documenting processes, and aiding SDLC activities.

You will engage with customers and peers in English, understand product features, and help map requirements to technical specifications. This position emphasizes teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within the corporate product

Qualifications

• Desirable 2–3 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with web applications and server configuration.

Job description

The candidate will be part of projects supporting the Regional Tech & solution presales team. Good of ability to communicate with peers clearly and a high degree of note to resolve problems.

• Application Programming knowledge in windows / android /iOS platforms
• Basics of programming with testing of sample application.
• Environment setup for application developed inhouse.
• Execution of test framework in various available platforms.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct / Assist in regional training activities across APAC for new product launches.
• Support Product Managers from technical angle to enhance the overall project win opportunities
• Support development of application modules for the cloud-based application that constitutes B2B model.
• Prepare necessary documentation and support SDLC process model in solution development.
• Perform due diligence in product analysis to develop comparison chart of various products by getting information from the internet and 3rd party sources.
• Must be a team player maintaining good communication in collaborative working environment
• Assist in administrative tasks for corporate product team for events and customer visits.

Key Job Requirements

• Programming in web application, Knowledge on server application configuration
• Python / Java Script / Angular is a plus
• Windows application development is good to have
• Ability to communicate adequately in English with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to understand the product features and specification to map them to customer requirements
• Basic knowledge on printing technologies
• Basic Knowledge on Interfaces
• Working Knowledge of operating system platforms of Windows/ Mac / Linux / android

Critical Work Experience

• Desirable to have a work experience of minimum 2 ~3 years
