Job summary

NTI Nanofilm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore and regional locations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent while upholding our hiring policies and governance requirements.

This on-site role Monday to Friday focuses on sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate experience, with collaboration across HR Business Partners and Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, engineering or science.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering or tech industries.
• In-house corporate recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Experience recruiting at technical, professional, managerial, and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce plans.
• Develop regional recruitment strategies for technical and corporate roles.
• Prepare and review job descriptions.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assessments.
• Facilitate offers and negotiations.
• Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage multiple sourcing channels and industry networks.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and governance compliance.
