The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across all business units, providing guidance and support on a broad range of HR matters. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and supporting workforce planning initiatives to enable scalable growth. The HRBP will also contribute to group-wide HR projects, particularly in the HR Digitalization & Transformation program, ensuring future-ready systems and processes that enable scale and efficiency.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned business units across NTI.
Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
Build strong relationships with business leaders to support growth and operational effectiveness.
Lead annual workforce planning and forecasting, in collaboration with business and finance teams.
Support business units in identifying talent needs, capability gaps, and organizational structure improvements.
Deliver insights using workforce analytics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with leaders and Talent Management Team to implement talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Drive the annual performance review process and coach managers on effective feedback and goal alignment.
Identify and promote career development opportunities to retain top talent.
Champion employee engagement initiatives aligned with NTI's culture and values.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist capacity within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Prior involvement in HR system implementation or digital transformation projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law is required.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in India, Vietnam, Germany, and Japan will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with China-based stakeholders and counterparts.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and support senior leadership.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
