NTI Nanofilm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore and regional locations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent while upholding our hiring policies and governance requirements.
This on-site role Monday to Friday focuses on sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate experience, with collaboration across HR Business Partners and Shared Services.
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned positions. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire talent that supports NTI's growth and business objectives. This role will drive recruitment excellence through proactive sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, market intelligence and process optimization while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company hiring policies and governance requirements. The position will support hiring activities across Singapore and regional locations including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Japan and India when required. The role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and HR Shared Services to ensure effective workforce acquisition strategies are implemented.
