Job summary

NEWBRIDGE ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled systems engineer/technical lead to drive radar demos and on-site installation of a 3D drone detection radar system. You will translate field insights to R&D and support sales with advanced solutions and tender responses.

The role covers end-to-end technical delivery, from requirement interpretation to test and verification activities, across APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent; strong hands-on knowledge of radar solutions (C-UAS preferred).
• Experience with systems-of-systems or radar integrations is a plus.
• Proactive, curious problem-solver balancing structured processes with agile, results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; another local language is a plus; ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact radar demos at customer sites and major APAC & India exhibitions.
• Drive on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of the 3D drone detection radar system.
• Ensure rapid issue resolution, system maintenance, and performance upgrades post-installation.
• Translate real-world field insights directly back to R&D development teams to shape future upgrades.
• Definition and documentation of advanced solutions, including responsibility for support to sales, preparation of demonstration activities, verification of solutions, support to customer projects, and support to service technicians.
• Support or lead the technical part of a tender, based on a detailed understanding of customer requirements and how they match the product portfolio.
• Interpret and break down user requirements into system requirements
• During sales and implementation of the projects, you may participate as the technical lead during test- demonstration- and verification activities through site surveys.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or similar, or an experienced systems engineer/technical lead with strong hands-on knowledge of radar solutions (C-UAS solution is preferred) across the defence, aerospace, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with systems-of-systems, radar integrations, or technical customer-facing roles is a strong plus.
• A proactive, curious problem-solver who balances structured processes with an agile, results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) and preferably another local language. Excellent ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
