Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Field Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade systems at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction, providing on-site support, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/ITE in Electronics or equivalent.
• Experience in providing maintenance service.
• Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers / end-users.
• Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
