Job summary

TechSource Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Compliance & Licensing Specialist to drive software licensing compliance and convert non-compliant users into licensed subscribers. You will work with Legal, Sales and Customer Success to address unauthorized usage and negotiate licensing resolutions.

The role requires strong commercial negotiation skills, knowledge of software licensing models and experience with enterprise customers across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT or Legal Studies.
• 5+ years in enterprise software sales, licensing, compliance, or account management.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, or software asset management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal on compliance investigations and enforcement activities.
• Identify organizations using unlicensed or unauthorized software.
• Educate customers on licensing requirements and subscription benefits.
• Negotiate settlements and subscription contracts; resolve licensing disputes.
• Track conversion metrics and revenue performance; collaborate across teams.
