Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Software Regional Business Manager to accelerate software growth across Southeast Asia regions by connecting global strategy with local execution. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Channel, Distributor, and Regional Leadership to build pipeline, adoption, renewals, and measurable business outcomes.

You will own regional plans, enable sellers with critical tools, and represent the voice of the customer to leadership, driving growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in business management, sales, marketing, strategy, product management, or operations.
• Experience driving business performance and regional execution programs.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a global matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional software growth plan translating global strategy into local actions across territories, channels, and strategic accounts.
• Drive software business performance through pipeline generation, conversion, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Channel, Distributor, and Regional Leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate growth.
• Enable sellers and partners with the tools, messaging, workflow knowledge, and technical confidence needed to position Emerson T&M Group (NI) software solutions.
• Serve as the regional voice of the customer and field organization, bringing market feedback and execution insights to Software BU leadership.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed global organization with clear priorities, cadences, metrics, and accountability.
