Job summary
LG Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Regional Business Strategy & Growth Planning leader to shape regional direction and drive multi-year growth across Asia.
You will partner with the Regional CEO and CFO, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, SCM and Operations to strengthen profitability and efficiency. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes across Asia subsidiaries.
- Identify growth opportunities, drivers and priorities for sustainable expansion.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support decisions.
- Establish regional performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Monitor subsidiary performance, productivity indicators, and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews with subsidiaries and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Regional CEO and Regional CFO in planning and forecasting.
- Lead workforce productivity initiatives across the region.
- Develop workforce optimization strategies aligned with regional objectives.
- Review organizational structures, leadership efficiency and span of control.
- Support subsidiaries in implementing productivity and effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead regional strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, SCM, Ops.
- Monitor execution, milestones, risks and outcomes of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and business process optimization across subsidiaries.
- Act as strategic advisor to the Regional CEO on key matters.
- Facilitate alignment between HQ direction and subsidiary plans.
- Support governance activities related to planning, investment reviews and priorities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of regional initiatives across subsidiaries.
- Develop regional dashboards and analytical frameworks.
- Analyze performance, market trends, profitability and labor productivity.
- Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
