Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Software Regional Business Manager to accelerate software growth for the Test & Measurement Group across the Singapore region. You will connect global strategy with regional execution, collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to build pipeline, drive adoption, and improve renewals.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate market feedback into leadership insights, and drive measurable outcomes across both base and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional software growth plan, translating global software strategy into local action across territories, channels, and strategic accounts.
• Drive software business performance through pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, distributor, and regional leadership to align priorities and accelerate growth.
• Enable sellers and partners with tools, messaging, workflow understanding, and technical confidence to position NI software effectively.
• Serve as the regional voice of the customer and field, bringing market feedback to Software BU leadership.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed global organization, establishing priorities, operating cadence, success metrics, and accountability.
