SAMSUNG ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Service Cost & Management Support Manager based at the Regional HQ in Singapore.

The role drives service cost strategy, operational performance, and regional initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania, coordinating between HQ Korea and regional subsidiaries. Strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual communication (English/Korean) are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in service operations, cost management, project management or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes and translate findings into actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; SAP, Tableau or AI tools are an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills across functions, countries and subsidiaries.
Fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal) for professional business communication.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of regional service cost initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries.
Monitor service cost KPIs and identify cost efficiency opportunities across markets.
Coordinate with subsidiaries and HQ on Component Repair guidelines and availability.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards with operational insights for management decisions.
Lead or contribute to regional service operation projects and initiatives.
