The role drives service cost strategy, operational performance, and regional initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania, coordinating between HQ Korea and regional subsidiaries. Strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual communication (English/Korean) are essential.
As the Regional Service Cost & Management Support Manager, you will support service cost strategy, operational performance and management initiatives across Samsung’s Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region.
Based in the Regional HQ, you will work closely with subsidiaries and HQ Korea to drive service cost efficiency, coordinate regional service operations and provide management with clear insights to support business decisions. The role also serves as a key business coordinator between HQ Korea and regional subsidiaries, with Korean and English used regularly for business communication and coordination.
Bachelor’s degree required, with 8+ years of relevant experience in service operations, cost management, project management, process improvement or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes and translate findings into actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SAP, Tableau or AI tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, countries and subsidiaries.
Fluent in both English and Korean, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Experience in P&L reporting, cost tracking, service cost management or KPI monitoring is an advantage.
Strong ownership, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Organized, proactive, collaborative, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
