Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an operations professional to coordinate regional operations and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery across APAC.

The role focuses on optimizing processes and maintaining consistency across regions. You will support daily account management, operational planning, and performance reviews, monitor KPIs, drive automation and standardisation, analyse data, and prepare reports to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional operations with stakeholders.
• Support daily account management, operational planning and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Drive automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Analyse operational data and prepare performance reports.
• Work with regional teams to improve productivity and maintain consistent processes.
• Assist in customer onboarding and project implementation.
• Monitor APAC market developments and mitigation plans.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations.

Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
