Job description

1. Program and Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth regional program delivery, effective account support, and efficient operations.
• Facilitate collaboration across APAC teams by sharing operational updates, best practices, and standardized working procedures.
• Support the identification and implementation of automation opportunities and process improvements to strengthen operational performance.
• Track program deliverables, coordinate follow-up activities, and maintain communication across relevant teams and stakeholders.

2. Customer Engagement and Business Performance

• Coordinate daily operational requirements, including execution planning, resource utilization, knowledge management, and stakeholder communications.
• Support assigned customer accounts through regular business and performance reviews, ensuring that operational priorities, concerns, and follow-up actions are properly documented.
• Monitor KPIs and improvement initiatives, consolidate performance data, and track progress against agreed targets.
• Identify service delivery gaps and process improvement opportunities, and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Support stakeholder discussions and issue resolution by preparing relevant data, documenting action plans, and following through on agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate operational data management, reporting improvements, and information flows to enhance reporting accuracy and transparency.
• Assist with forecasting, resource planning, and preparation for seasonal demand fluctuations and peak business periods.
• Analyse and document existing workflows and future requirements to support process standardization and alignment across countries.
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, including performance summaries, KPI updates, project progress, and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to support project execution, customer onboarding, transition planning, and operational readiness.
• Monitor relevant APAC market and business developments, highlight potential risks, and coordinate mitigation actions with customers and internal teams where appropriate.
• Provide administrative and operational support for regional business growth and development initiatives.
• Undertake other related duties and projects as assigned.
