Great Eastern is seeking a Lead, Regional Data Cloud to scale Salesforce Data Cloud across markets. You will unite business, data and technology perspectives to ensure governance, reuse and commercial value, while leading a regional team to evolve this core MarTech capability.

You will own the regional roadmap, manage partners, and collaborate with Group IT and Data & AI to align data layers and cost. The role requires 10+ years in customer data platforms or CRM with senior stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Own the regional Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap and capability priorities.
• Establish governance for customer data usage within Data Cloud (quality, identity resolution, consent, activation).
• Prioritise use cases based on value, readiness, risk and cost with measurable success metrics.
• Run the regional Data Cloud shared service and manage internal responsibilities across CoE, markets and entities.
