Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to empower business planning, sales performance management, and data-driven decision making across the region.

You will build dashboards with Power BI and Excel, harmonize data from multiple sources, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actions for cross-functional teams while exploring AI-assisted reporting to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Planning, BI analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, or analysis is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, SFDC or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and presentations using BI tools.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyse sales, inventory, market, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decisions.
• Analyse sales trends, product mix, and channel performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ to support regional initiatives.
• Design and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance reporting, analysis, and productivity.
