Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of analytical work experience with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Process-Oriented & Methodical in a structured, repeatable weekly cadence.
• Attention to Detail with high-volume performance data.
• Analytical & Reverse-Engineering mindset with numbers, logic, and target outputs.
• Data Visualization to present clear tabular summaries and highlights.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Weekly data review: extract, aggregate, and review large weekly sales datasets to monitor performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and bottlenecks; flag actionable insights for the business team.
• Generate standardized reports daily/weekly/monthly; manage product lifecycle forecasting, pricing, and channel strategy.
• Own the operational workflow for performance evaluation and scoring framework.
• Build and update 4-week rolling forecasts from historical data.
• Determine inputs to maximize performance scores by working backwards from targets.
• Maintain and tweak data logic models to ensure maximum output under evaluation rules.
• Provide analytical support to senior product and operations leads.
• Ensure data integrity across tracking templates and performance systems.
• Handle ad hoc duties and reporting as needed.
