Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior leader to direct the implementation of regional data strategies, build scalable data capabilities, and lay foundational infrastructure to empower reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across the region.

You will partner with cross-functional leadership to bridge business demand with technical execution, establish standard data architecture deliverables, and oversee end-to-end program management while mentoring a multi-disciplinary regional team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing data, analytics, and AI programs.
• Proven track record delivering data foundations across a complex regional model.
• Expertise in large-scale project/program management, governance, risk, and reporting.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct implementation of regional data strategies and scalable data capabilities.
• Bridge business demand with technical execution with Data Engineering teams.
• Establish standard data architecture deliverables and taxonomy alignments.
