NGS GLOBAL ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an accomplished regional sales leader in healthcare imaging to drive growth across China and APAC. You will coach a regional sales team, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate with distributors and partners to strengthen market access and demand generation.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and hands-on execution across multiple markets with travel as needed. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B sales leadership experience in healthcare/diagnostic imaging.
• Proven ability to lead regional teams and deliver commercial results across markets (China + APAC).
• Strong end-customer selling experience and channel-led sales model knowledge.
• Experience engaging senior healthcare stakeholders and managing multi-party sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional sales team to achieve/exceed annual targets.
• Own sales execution for China and APAC markets with aligned priorities.
• Develop new business with hospitals, imaging providers and end customers.
• Enable distributors, resellers, and partners; coordinate with partners and sales teams.
• Forecast regional sales and maintain CRM records; monitor pipeline quality and progress.
