Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the regional Digital Pathology and Computational Pathology growth plan, achieving or exceeding revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute market development and competitive displacement strategies that increase adoption of digital pathology solutions.
• Serve as executive sponsor for priority opportunities, guiding discovery, value proposition and business-case development.
• Drive rigorous funnel management, monthly revenue forecasting and Salesforce.com processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Applications, Marketing, Service and Customer Success to ensure clinically relevant, viable solutions.
• Translate market intelligence into regional priorities and growth programs to strengthen leadership in the field.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high-performing commercial associates while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Lead, coach and develop Digital Pathology Sales Specialists and Solution Architects with clear performance expectations.
